Men are known to have been tempting women with wealth for thousands of years.

Don’t be sleazy. Displays of wealth ought to be subtle and appear as natural as possible. If you take your wallet out to buy a beer and it’s full of £20 notes, that’s subtle and natural.

Girls seek consistency with wealth. A man at a VIP table dressing badly and driving a cheap car is not seen as a man with wealt but he’s seen as a man with a spending issue.

There’s no need to worry if you’re not rich. Just don’t appear to be struggling. Never mention financial difficulties or borrowing money.

Also try and use your money wisely. If you’ve got £100 in your wallet, wrap a £50 note around ten £5s instead of having twenty £5 notes. Spending an extra £20 on a jacket won’t make a huge difference but spending an extra £20 on wine will.

If you haven’t got wealth, the best thing you can do is to show you have the serious potential for it. Have ambition and a plan.
