Wild Pear Beach, Devon

A small, secluded beach, the peace is just slightly disturbed by the brief, daily passing of the beautiful Queen of Cornwall pleasure boat, coming right up to the front beach to give the naturists a good eyeful.

St Osyth, Essex

This only nudist beach in the whole of Essex is divided by dunes into 3 separate areas:families, gays and of course ’swingers’. So if you do happen upon a colony of tents, you know you have gone a dune too far ..

Studland Beach, Dorset

The northern part of this huge, award-winning beach is of course the National Trust’s only sanctioned nudist beach.

Black Rock Beach, Brighton

In spite of local authorities opposing the complete exhibition of mammary glands, naturists have been visiting this pebble and shingle beach sine the early 1980s. Those who dare to bare face a highly unrestricted and, sometimes, unsavoury audience.

Fraisthorpe Sands, Yorkshire

Blighted by opposition from local authorities and their helicopter patrols, (rumour has it that a member of the prestigious Humberside constabulary, who’s also a nudist, has been forced into fleeing the beach), Fraisthorpe Sands is now a recognised naturist spot.

Walney Island, Cumbria

The extraordinarily soft and silky dunes can get up to nearly 20 metres tall here, creating natural suntraps - ideal for that all over tan.

Druridge Bay, Northumberland

This soft, silky and sandy beach is under private ownership and, unless you wander naked into the country park, nudists are welcomed here.

Kinshaldy Beach, Fife

Almost four miles of dune-sheltered soft, golden sand provide plentiful scope for nude sunbathing and swimming. Weather permitting.

Morfa Dyffryn, Gwynedd

Frequented by nudists since the early 1940s, this glorious, beautiful, sweeping beach has a designated naturist area.

North Cotes, Lincolnshire

Onshore gales, dangerous tides and littered sands fail to deter Lincolnshire’s nudists from frequenting this remote beach.
